Month End Close is customized to each client and their individual needs including, and not limited to, Financial Statements, Job Costing, Financial Projections, Current and Prior Period Comparisons and Reviews. We handle all aspects of Year End Close and work together with Tax and Finance Professionals to ensure the best financial position for our clients. We offer Controller and CFO services to provide financial management with strategic reviews, plans, and recommendations to help clients meet and exceed their immediate, short and long term financial goals.

We excel at setting up accounting systems and QuickBooks files, as well as, enhancing existing systems and procedures. We offer Best Practices and QuickBooks Training when needed. Our Founder

Melissa founded Organized Receipts, Inc. based on her love of numbers and passion for helping people. Melissa has 25+ years of accounting experience. She excels at accounting and organization. Melissa genuinely enjoys all aspects of finance. She is hardworking, diligent and focused; yet she knows how to have fun! When Melissa isn't working, you can find her on an adventure with her family and friends. She’s a lover of the outdoors, scrapbooking and making memories; one adventure at a time!
